Hearts Delight Cakes-home to ex-Brooklynite the “Cheesecake Lady” will soon open their doors Saturday, January 10th 2009! The bakery is located at 89 Liberty Street right across from Washington’s Headquarters. In the meantime you can order your goodies before hand by email or by phone. Her specialty is cheesecakes. They are 9 inches in diameter, and serve between 16 to 18 people. Any other custom cakes need to be ordered 3 days in advance.
