Here is one of the newest houses I have seen for sale. There was some fire damage on the top floor, but this place comes with a brick garage, something hard to come by in the city. This place would be amazing if someone could restore it. You can’t even build a house for this price nowadays-let alone an hours drive from NYC. And, Reclaimed Home had to fix her Brooklyn Brownstone stoop for over $10,000 smackers! It’s kind of crazy when you think about it like that!
