Remember a while back we mentioned that the first phase of the East Parmenter homes were completed? Well, the homes are for sale now. I thought it would be neat to show you a little tour of the one of the homes. This project was planned and designed by Leyland Alliance with Habitat for Humanity as a development partner. The homes have all kind of perks like bamboo floors and energy efficient appliances and construction. There will even be a little park next door.
Leyland really has created a little niche on East Parmenter in Newburgh. They have basically redesigned the block, and will continue to do so with Phase II of their project that they have already begun right across the street. Enough chatting, check out the pics.
