This post could even be categorized as a Rescue Me post, but here is the listing for 200 South Street at $60k. It’s neighbor at 198 South Street is up for sale at a slightly higher price. Just in the back, you can see the gray/blue house that was featured a few days ago. These homes are just a block away from Downing Park and the Chapman Steamer Firehouse. I’ve already seen some improvements in a few neighboring homes, it would be great to see some other changes happen as well.
