I took this photo at 177 Liberty Street between 1st and Broadway. The bright colors might fool you at first to think it’s occupied. Take a closer look and you will see a sofa blocking the entrance and broken windows.
Newburgh is New York State’s second largest historic district after NYC. Newburgh literally has hundreds of dilapidated and abandoned buildings just begging for someone to come scoop them up and restore them.
