  • This was the first Habitat for Humanity Newburgh house. It was totally renovated and sold to a partner homeowner in 2000. All electric, plumbing, sheetrock, appliances, cabinetry etc. were new then. This must be a bank sale since the $50,000 price is way less than the price the original homeowner sold it for.
