The transformation at 72 Benkard is really a site to be seen. It was looked horrible with peeling paint, absent porch, crumbling front stairs, broken windows, and that’s just the exterior! The inside was pretty much a shell as well. Habitat for Humanity did an excellent job rehabbing this home which is one of three homes that were restored on Benkard.
