82 somewhere. This property has been vacant for at least this past spring. The growing vines are starting to cover the windows. From the outside it doesn’t look that far gone. There’s probably some good bones underneath.
Newburgh is New York State’s second largest historic district after NYC. Newburgh literally has hundreds of dilapidated and abandoned buildings just begging for someone to come scoop them up and restore them.
