Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh is seeking applications for its home ownership program. An application session will be held Wednesday, June 27 from 6:00-9:00 pm at its headquarters located at 125 Washington Street in the City of Newburgh.
Applicants must be between 25 and 50 % area median income. Interested parties are requested to bring their tax returns and W-s forms for the last 3 years. In addition, a copy of their current bank statements, proof of residency, proof of income and expenses for the last 3 months, proof of all debts and payments for the last 3 months will be required.
