This abandoned home is located in an area of homes where neighbors said the homes were being fixed up. The address is 140 3rd Street Newburgh. If it is, there will definitely be a before and after photo comparison in the future. It looks like some re-pointing work might have to be done. But I love the huge stones and the original iron railing.
Newburgh is New York State’s second largest historic district after NYC. Newburgh literally has hundreds of dilapidated and abandoned buildings just begging for someone to come scoop them up and restore them.
