As part of their World Music and Culture Series, SUNY Orange faculty, staff, students, and the public can unite with over 100,000 people around the world and join the Global Critic’s Circle when the MANHATTAN SHORT FILM FESTIVAL comes to the Newburgh Campus of SUNY Orange! Audience members will have an opportunity to screen 10 internationally acclaimed short films and participate in the global voting for the winners.

Screenings will take place at the Newburgh Campus of SUNY Orange in the Great Room, Kaplan Hall 101 at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2012. A second screening will take place in Downing Film Theater on Saturday October 6, 2012 at 5pm.

The winners of the MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival will be announced in the Press Center in New York City on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 10 p.m. EST.

This event is sponsored by MANHATTAN SHORT and SUNY Orange. Free, secure parking is available in the Kaplan Hall underground parking garage accessible via First Street.

Admission: $5 for public and SUNY Orange Faculty/Staff; Free with Student ID
