Normally a house like this one wouldn’t be on my radar but, it’s Tiny House Week on Upstater, another blog that I write for. I was delighted to find a tiny house in Newburgh to add to the list. Maybe this little cottage functioned as a residence for a gatekeeper, or someone who took care of horses for the larger estate? Fill us in if you have any other ideas.
This house is jam-packed with stuff so it is hard to imagine your own furnishings in it. But, it has a little kitchen and loft and skylight. It also could use a good paint job inside, and a little landscaping outside. You’ll be more snug than the 3rd little piggie whose brick house the wolf couldn’t blow down. The listing is a little over 2 months old, so call for the most current availability.
