This house is located on the west end of the City of Newburgh. There really are some lovely details inside this home. The floors look like they were recently redone and the original glass windows and banisters are charming. Some parts of the home recently had carpet laid, which gives the impression that maybe there isn’t hardwood underneath. The kitchen and bathroom are pretty ordinary. But overall, this looks like a home you could move right into. I’d love to see more restoration done to the façade. It could really stand out. Few examples here.
