This Brick house isn’t too far from saving. Although part of the roof has collapsed it looks as though most of the interior floors are still intact. The building is located on South street about half a block east of Liberty St. only a short distance from Mount Saint Mary College, St. Luke’s Hospital, the waterfront, and many other shops and delis.
It’s also right next door to two churches.
