Newburgh Free Academy will present the musical Aida on Friday, April 12, and Saturday, April 13 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 2:30 p.m.
With music by Elton John and lyrics by Tim Rice, Aida is based on the book by Linda Woolverton, Robert Falls, and David Henry Hwang. NFA’s production is directed and choreographed by Mandy Clifford, with vocal direction by Karen Sheehy, technical assistance from Rick McCurdy, and conducted by Chris Zoutis. Aida is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International, Inc. Tickets are $10.00 or $8.00 for senior citizens and children under 12.
