This Brick Shell located at 104 Washington Street is ready to be saved. Though the roof and floors are missing, leaving this building a shell the masonry looks to be in good shape except near the roofline where it’s been exposed to the elements. There’s a small alley separating it from 100 Washington, and a what looks like a car pass-through between 104 and 102 Washington.
