This is an adorable house on Spring Street, which I am guessing is 30 Spring Street. It is smack in the middle of the new East Parmenter Neighborhood being created by Habitat for Humanity. It would be great to see the neighboring houses saved and inhabited as well. This area has seen an incredible change. Having houses from different decades around adds to the organic charm of the area. Hopefully some one could save and make this cute little place home.

Newburgh is New York State’s second largest historic district after NYC. Newburgh literally has hundreds of dilapidated and abandoned buildings just begging for someone to come scoop them up and restore them. I’ll continue to post my own photos, but if you have a particular building you would like to see saved, email me the photo of any building you appreciate that you would like to see rescued!
