The picture is of poor quality, but thanks to Google Street View you can check out the whole block if you like. The home is being used as a multi-family home (2-4 per the listing). There aren’t any glamorous original details from what I can see. There is a painted fireplace in one of the photos. However, there are really large kitchens as are shown in two photos. They loose a lot of space and function because they are poorly laid out, but they could make some amazing spaces if renovated.
