Before and After: 376 Carpenter

Here is a lovely house at the north end of the City of Newburgh. It’s a 1926 Colonial home that was once overwrought with weeds and a wild lawn. The owners, Jodie and Jeff, are fixing up their home slowly, but wanted to share the work they have done on the exterior. Since purchasing the home they have added a new roof, windows, doors and gutters. They have also power washed the siding.

There was a stone walkway that was hidden from the overgrown grass. Today the home looks lovely. See below.

In the future they plan to share the work they are doing on the interior. We can’t wait to see!
