This is an example of Newburgh real estate on the higher end of the spectrum. It is definitely prime real estate, in an ideal location; the Newburgh waterfront. If you’ve ever been down there on a summer weekend you know, it’s packed. It is in the middle of restaurants and other nice features like the Downing Film Center which is right across the street. There is a hair salon on the first floor and lofts on the upper floors that have nice exposed beams and brick. The listing says that this was an industrial building that was converted.
