Introducing the Newburgh Urban Market!

Screen-Shot-2013-12-26-at-12.04.47-PM

I am pleased to announce that I will be starting a new endeavor in the City of Newburgh this May called the Newburgh Urban Market that will be catering to affordable vintage and antique items as well as food vendors. It will located at the empty lot next to Washington’s HQ on Liberty Street.

The purpose of this market is

  1. Promote economic development in downtown Newburgh.
  2. Become a platform and launching pad for businesses looking to start up in Newburgh
  3. Get people walking and discover the City of Newburgh!

In 2014 there will be on average 2 markets a month from May to October. For specific dates see the website: www.newburghurbanmarket.com.

To make the market a success IT NEEDS VENDORS! I am looking for the following types of vendors who have affordable price points:

Antiques + Collectibles
Crafts/Handmade items
Food – Trucks, produce, hot food
Jewelry
Vintage Clothing + Accessories
Plants
Music
Vintage Furniture
DJ’s and Live Musicians 1 per market

If you think you would be interested in selling at the market please fill out a vendor registration form today! To keep up to date with Newburgh Urban Market details…

  • Looking forward to more business in the neighborhood! Best of luck to you and thanks for all you do…

  • Wonderful news, Cher! We will get the word out and help make this the success that it needs to be 😉 Go Newburghrestoration!

  • Wishing you success. Our heritage depends on our remembering to better understand the present and plan for the future. I have spent the better part of thirty years restoring what is now a fully restored pioneer home from the
1700s — one of the earliest in the Mid Hudson. Sadly, I must move and sell the house hopefully to someone
who appreciates our local heritage. Check my website: http://www.633ridgeburyroad.com
