This residence definitely qualifies as a Rescue Me home. However, with this property you don’t have to search for the owner since the property is on the market. Benkard is a rough block but I’m really cheering for Benkard, Renwick and S. William. They all radiate out from Liberty Street and a lot of great new businesses have been opening up as well as the new urban market that is coming this spring. Other streets that radiate from Liberty such as E. Parmenter, Washington, and Spring Streets are all already seeing much improvement. Hopefully it will continue to spread further south because these blocks have some beautiful row homes in need of restoration.
