If you are looking for your chance to purchase a property on the Liberty Street corridor amongst the businesses making Newburgh’s revitalization happen, this property is certainly worth a look. The tattoo parlor isn’t there anymore, but this is the right spot to open a new business on Liberty Street just doors down from the Wherehouse Restaurant, Mrs. Max and the Custom House, soon to be opening Martha, and of course, Washington’s HQ. If anybody knows any important details about this property please let us know in the comments.

I offered the owner $100K for this building about 2 years ago. It’s a fine building – nothing amazing about it, but it was when I was entertaining the idea of opening a business on Liberty Street. He wanted over $200K for it back then (ridiculous). Even at $168 it is way over-priced. People smoke too much crack, I’m serious.
