Newburgh’s Ward 1 and Ward 2 will hold joint meetings
at the Newburgh Free Library, 124 Grand St.
at BOTH 10 a.m. AND 6:30 P.M. on THURSDAY, MAY 29, 2014
Come to whichever meeting is more convenient for you! How do we make Newburgh more people-friendly, more business-friendly, more walkable? Where will people park when the city is rezoned? Where will we live, work and play?
And why are we rezoning the city, anyway? Council members Karen Mejia of Ward 1 and Genie Abrams of Ward 2 want you to offer your ideas, see the maps, learn more about zoning and what rezoning will mean to YOU. City Planner Ian MacDougall will be there to explain more and answer your questions.
