The City of Newburgh has posted its August 2014 city owned property list. It’s 37 pages long. Properties range from empty lots to abandoned buildings, row homes to mansions. I am quite partial to this cute house located at 96 Carter. I think it could be an awesome little house. There are a couple of properties that are historically important and in great locations to be considered. Just to name a few check out 279 Grand Street and 326 Liberty Street.
