I had looked at this house in 2005 and it was in pretty sad shape then. It’s seen a bit more abuse since then, so any new owner should be prepared for a MAJOR investment, inside and out. That said, the location is outstanding..and I seem to recall it is a legal 3 (although one apt is very small at the top).
