This is a nice and simple home west of 9W. The exterior photos are quite small, but inside we get a good look. All of the rooms look nicely updated and cared for, yet still retaining some character. It’s not too clear from the photos but there is also a 2-car garage and a decent sized lawn. From looking at Google Maps, it looks like the house gets good sun, a factor some don’t consider when buying a home.

What a cute house!
Does that neighborhood have a name?…the triangle made by Dupont, South and West st?
Beyond “West of 9W?”
yeah the ghetto!
I grew up on DuPont Ave. We always called it the “West Side” but that was a long time ago.
@Roger Wells I know they say don’t feed the trolls but that area of Newburgh is one of the best locations in Newburgh. Have you been to real ghettos or even the actual ghettos in Newburgh? No clue what that part of Newburgh is but its one of the better parts of Newburgh.
I’m the homeowner of 104 DuPont. Roger, you’re an insulting prick. Apparently you know nothing about
Newburgh.
