Topic: Come learn more about Newburgh’s economic development efforts, including , A River of Opportunities campaign, whose mission is to attract light manufacturing companies to the city of Newburgh with the goal of filling empty warehouse space, increase employment opportunities and help re-build the manufacturing sector of the city. Following the featured speaker’s presentation, a collaborative dialogue regarding how to attract, retain, and provide infrastructure for Newburgh’s fast-growing, cross-sector economy, spanning manufacturing, human development, arts, green energy, and other sustainable development will be facilitated by business owners, artists, and other community leaders. All are welcome to attend.
