In 2013 the owners did do some repair work to the facade. This is the retail section of Liberty Street that is cut off from the northern and southern blocks. This block between Spring Street and South William is more residential and has the empty lot out front. But there are positives. Atlas Industries bought the empty shell at 67 Liberty. Also 45 to 51 Liberty have all recently sold to new owners who plan to rehab the buildings. Also, a new bistro is coming 2 corners away, the Liberty Street Bistro. Like the same Liberty Street listing from last week, this property might be the right choice for someone who is actively looking to be a part of revitalization and has placemaking ideas for the storefront. There is a lot of potential here, and slowly change is happening. Being that this is for sale by owner, the asking price might not have much wiggle room.
