Liberty Street has another fine culinary experience to look forward to if it’s anything like the North Plank Tavern… an eclectic, tasteful menu offered with exquisite preparation and served by an engaged staff. The owner Tom is a gracious host who is flattered in sharing the fascinating history of North Plank Tavern and Newburgh.
