  • Stop making excuses Newburgh; “widely believed that brightly lit streets in Newburgh will substantially reduce crimes…”. Why does the ‘City continue to rationalize irrational behavior? The ‘City took a hit point blank right to the heart of its ‘revitalization’ efforts Sunday morning. Hint: stop making the city ‘inviting’ AND ‘affordable’, it’s sending the wrong message. That’s not ‘cynicism’…that realism.
