  • Maybe Newburgh can rent its newly acquired ‘leak detector’ to Beacon. It halved Newburgh’s water “usage” so hitting max filtration capacity is no longer a hindrance to new ‘market rate’ mid density housing ; |
    So there is a silver lining in the pfos fiasco…it saved the ‘Burgh from having to expand its plant at full costs. Btw, whatever happened to the earthen damn at Washington Lake that was a “catastrophe” waiting to happen? Did they ever get around to rebuilding that in the current ‘down time’?
