Can’t get enough of Newburgh beer? Well, now there is a loyalty rewards card. Buy 10 growlers and get your 11th free! The Newburgh Brewing Company is hoping to have these cards printed up and ready to roll when the taproom opens this Friday.
With a purchase of a new growler (or a refill of any growler, and doesn’t have to be one of theirs) you will get one of these schnazzy cards. Newburgh Brewing Co Facebook Page
The Newburgh Brewing Company is excited to announce the debut of their Indoor Farmers Market, in their beautiful 4th floor taproom! Led by experienced Market Managers Wendy Messano and Alexandria Evans (from both the Suffern and Haverstraw Markets), the market begins this Wednesday, September 19th, from 2:00 to 6:30pm. It will run bi-weekly through the end of November, and may continue straight through the winter as well.
In addition to some fantastic vendors (including local produce, honey, bread, soap, pickles, bacon, coffee, and more!), they will also be having great live entertainment that is perfect for families and kids! This week’s entertainment is Jonathan Kruk & The Hudson River Ramblers, who will be performing stories and songs all about the majestic Hudson River. They will also have their bar open for soft drinks, growler fills, local wine, and (of course), Newburgh beer!
If you are interested in being a vendor the market, please contact Wendy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
TEAM TRIVIA will now start at 7:30pm (changed from 7:00pm). C’mon down to the market, do some shopping, and then stay for trivia!
Newburgh Brewing’s Taproom (88 S Colden St, Newburgh), Open Wednesday 4-9pm (Team Trivia @ 7:30pm), Friday 4-11pm, Saturday 1-10pm, Sunday 1-8pm; Farmers Market every other Wednesday from 2-6:30pm
Newburgh now has a new farmers market this Fall thanks to the Newburgh Brewing Company. There are a few farmers markets in the area but, they all stop as soon as the cold weather sets in. Now, you will have the opportunity to buy fresh locally grown produce even in the cold months. Don’t miss the first market which will be held Wednesday, September 19th, taproom.
Trivia Time! Starting this Wednesday (8/8), the Newburgh Brewing Co. will be opening the taproom doors every Wednesday at 4PM, and Team Trivia will start at 7PM. A few other things:
1) The kitchen won’t be open (there will be free popcorn though!), but there will be an assortment of menus from local places who will deliver to the brewery; and, if you have any places you’d like to suggest, feel free to pass them along to the brewery – the more the merrier!
2) They will be closing at 9PM after Trivia has ended
The menu is locally sourced and in-house prepared food. Pictured is beer-battered onion rings, pommes frites with rosemary and garlic and a NY cheese and bread plate. It looks like this is going to be a great place to hang out on the weekends with a very casual and relaxed atmosphere- just what the owners had in mind. It has been an amazing transformation compared to what it looked like just a year ago. The brewery is also already up on some rating sites, so if you had a great experience leave a comment on Yelp.
They will be available for private events Mondays through Thursday, and anyone interested in booking a private function should email: email@example.com.
The taproom over at the Newburgh Brewing Company is officially finished with the new seating complete! Everything looks brand new and gorgeous. There is even a new sign at the front entrance that says “Taproom.” Newburgh touches are everywhere, even in the decor which showcases illustrations of old Newburgh architecture. The only thing that is left now is the grand opening! When it becomes official, we’ll be sure to post the information.
