The goal of the event is to promote health awareness, nutrition, and overall wellness through various eco-friendly vegan options- while having FUN!

This event will highlight over 20 vegan/vegetarian restaurants and vendors from throughout the Hudson Valley.

In addition, the day will be filled with live music, yoga workshops and a variety of vendors featuring wellness and nutrition products, art, jewelry, and clothing.

Kids can partake in veggie-themed games and activities in the Kids’ Fitness Corner. There will also be a presentation on the benefits of a plant-based diet and lifestyle.
