What we’ll be sampling…

Manoir du Kinkiz Fouesnant – Clear gold with aromas of apples, pears, peaches, oak and just a hint of maple. The taste is semi-dry, lightly honey-sweet with an intriguing funky snarl leading into an apple-peel tannic, drying finish.

Slyboro La Saint Terre – Pale gold with aromas of a variety of sweet and tart apples and perhaps a hint of mango; the taste brings in a refined mineral element that combines with the fruit tastes for an amazingly champagne-like experience.
