Newburgh Community Cleanup
April 25, 2015 - April 26, 2015
In celebration of Earth Day and to inspire the community to help keep Newburgh clean and green, Safe Harbors of the Hudson, along with the Central Hudson, City of Newburgh, Newburgh Enlarged City School District, Mount Saint Mary College, SUNY Orange, St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Taylor Recycling, Hudson Baylor, Unitex and several Newburgh-based community organizations will hold the fifth annual Newburgh Community Cleanup Saturday, April 25. This is an opportunity for community members, young and old, to be a part of what’s great in the City of Newburgh. Registration for the cleanup will begin at 8 a.m. Teams will hit the streets at 9 a.m. and gather back at 12 p.m. at Safe Harbors for a post-cleanup barbecue.
