This is going to be a big year for the Newburgh Community Land Bank. With the assistance of the NYS Attorney General and other sources, we will undertake meaningful work. We also expect some changes to our board given elections, appointments, and moves. Updates about board vacancies and the process will be posted after our next meeting on Jan 15 at 4 PM(all are encouraged to attend our public meetings at Council Chambers). We will also have a couple of professional job opportunities, which will be posted here and advertised in the community.

Remember, if your resolution was to become more involved in Newburgh, please join our Resident Advisory Committee!  We meet monthly at 6 PM following the board of directors meeting. All City residents are welcome to join. We discuss all planning and projects of the Land Bank.

At our January meeting, we’ll adopt the schedule of meetings for the year and I will post them here.
