Pivotal, Faces of Change: Newburgh, is a keyhole view of the hundreds of people in Newburgh whose contributions are helping to rebuild the city.
Pivotal, will be on display for the Newburgh Open Studios 2015 days and times of tour. Showing – September 25 thru October 25, 2015.
