Just like the familiar Celestial Seasonings tea that is the show’s namesake, Red Zingr is crafted to be welcoming & sweet, bright & bold, and give a certain poignant zing. Its appeal is in its simplicity. The informal “clothesline style” approach to the display of work is both utilitarian and democratic. If viewers see the space and think, “Gee, I could do this myself!” then that is exactly the right idea. Red Zingr seeks to create an unassuming and accessible creative environment for the community to engage with.
