“Sacred Sound” is a means to experience ourselves as vibrational, energetic Beings. It can be cultivated as a Daily Practice, and anyone can do this!

The more we create “Sacred Sound”, the more we raise our personal frequencies to higher and higher levels, to connect with our Higher Self and Universal Wisdom.
Sound is a way to liberate the mind, get out of our heads and raise our personal vibrations up and up, as high as we can go, to simply “Be” in a Space of Peace and Harmony.
Crystal bowls, gong, drum, assorted other instruments will be utilized.

You are welcome to bring your own drums, rattles, blankets.

Participants will practice chanting, toning, and intuitive voice expression, blended with spontaneous instrumental sounds, connecting us all to the vibrational energy of Oneness and the flow of the Universe.

Jan 28. 2-3:30 Sound Meditation
Feb 4. 2-3:30 Sound for Healing
Feb 11. 2-3:30 Channeling Spirit
