On this day you will be practicing chants, intuitive voice expression and use drums, rattles, bowls, gong, etc. To channel healing vibrations to assist in healing body, mind, and soul.
You are welcome to bring your own drums, rattles, blankets, etc. Or just come as you are! No musical ability required!
