Tophat: A Tribute to Slash and friends is a tribute band dedicated to reproducing the music made by Slash in Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver, Slash’s Snakepit, Slash live quest appearances, Slash solo work and Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. This band is comprised of four members of the band Room 391. This project was an idea that was mulled over and auditions were held to locate a drummer for approximately 2 1/2 years. After many attempts to find the perfect drummer…in late 2014 the band was completed.

The live show is based off Slash: Made in Stoke concert which took place in Stoke on Trenton on July 24, 2011. The band takes several live details from this show and incorporates this in the live act. The band also has chosen new songs from the Apocalyptic Love and World on Fire albums to include in the show.
