The Newburgh Jazz Series is back for 2010. This Thursday, July 1st, will kick of the opening night for the series. There will be performances every Wednesday and Thursday for the entire months of July and August. This is a multicultural event that will host artists from Japan to Brazilian Jazz groups. Nice. Why is during the week when everyone is working though? Why not a Saturday or Sunday night? Also no cameras or video recording is allowed..why?
Maybe Saturday night attracts the younger crowd and K104 dance parties and I guess this is more for the older people.
