Otherwise, Newburgh will be declared more than a Brownfield. Someone show me the math on how public infrastructure improvements are offset by private tax Credits. Must be a Common Core thingy.
-As per the Gentrification piece; Again with the “We”. Do not include me in the group of bankstas and their political enablers. There is a link between the two, campaign donations. However, this “we” collective didn’t force and isn’t forcing anybody to buy anything. Priorities change when the bills comes due don’t they. The author is suggesting a new norm but still equates obtaining a mortgage to a capital investment. “…Fool me twice…”. As well, his ‘way of dealing with this situation to fill the enormous demand for decent, urban places by increasing the supply’ correlates to a demand on municipal services that are maxed out and degrading. Does not compute…see Newburgh.
