I’m sure this is a nice house–but who would know? It’s up to you, the realtor who will be getting a commission, to clear the house of excess and take decent photographs. Also, and I cannot repeat this often enough: please include–like the majority of realtors in the US– a floor plan so people can decide whether or not to even come see it. Otherwise you, the realtor, appears to have no respect for the property or any real interest in selling it.
