For years\, community members within the second largest historic district in New York State have generously decorated and opened their homes to visitors in support of local history. Original book and music by Scott Test showcases eight beautiful new songs that rival any Broadway musical. “Pirate Song”\, based on an original story idea by artistic director\, David Manley\, features a cast of hand-crafted puppets in varying styles. \nThis project is made possible with funds from the Decentralization program of the New York Council on the Arts with support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.
