Author Martin Irons talks about his book, Phalanx Against the Divine Wind: Protecting the Fast Carrier Task Force During World War 2. Irons' book chronicles the crew and the battles of the destroyer USS Haynsworth DD 700, the first ship struck during a series of kamikaze raids off Okinawa.
