Safe Harbors Green, a beautiful, innovative, sustainable urban park in Newburgh’s downtown, is the newest project of Safe Harbors of the Hudson, a non-profit housing and arts redevelopment project in the City of Newburgh.

Safe Harbors, with the mission of transforming lives and building community through housing and the arts, is alleviating homelessness and housing disparity while simultaneously creating a vibrant downtown arts and culture hub and spurring economic development.
