Call Newburgh Rowing club youth rowers are required to come out to the Union Avenue fitness pool, 565 Union Ave., New Windsor on April 23 at 2:30 PM to take the swim test / swim clinic. This is not a pass or fail you just need to come out and learn the safety protocol on the water. We have free swim lessons available for anyone who needs to strengthen their swimming skills. This is an annual requirement, must be repeated every year
