Spend a Sunday afternoon on the Pride of the Hudson with other like-minded people from the Hudson Valley and enjoy copious amounts of Italian vegan food.

Featured is homemade breaded seitan parmigiana platters and delicious Italian seitan & peppers sponsored in part by Blackbird Seitan. That will be accompanied by vegan penne ala vodka, buffalo cauliflower, eggplant parmigiana, riceballs, and many other food choices! We will be having a raffle, some giveaways, and a recipe share.

Tickets are on sale at both Pizza Mia New Windsor and Pizza Mia Newburgh. They are $79.99 each person (event is kids friendly) and you must have a ticket to come aboard.
